1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gl96 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through gl96.net (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. gl96 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the gl96 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of gl96, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the gl96 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

gl96 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the gl96 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on the gl96 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify gl96 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. gl96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• Account Verification (KYC): gl96 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gl96 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

The following payment methods are not accepted on the gl96 Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card deposits (prohibited for gambling transactions under current Philippine regulations).

All transactions on the gl96 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. gl96 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed. gl96 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes during business hours, and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) business day, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institutions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gl96 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gl96 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds may be subject to separate wagering rules. Real money funds are generally used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• gl96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gl96 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

gl96 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.

gl96 reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, gl96 will endeavor to restore all affected players to the position they were in prior to the affected round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gl96 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to gl96 and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the gl96 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gl96 staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gl96 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of gl96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gl96.

The gl96 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gl96. You may not use any gl96 trademark, trade name, or logo without the prior written permission of gl96.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

gl96 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the gl96 Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

gl96 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. gl96 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

gl96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

gl96 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including mandatory cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion, on any player who displays signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gl96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gl96's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gl96 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gl96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gl96 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gl96's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

gl96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, gl96 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law and regulation, any real money balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Any legitimate real money balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

You may close your gl96 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gl96 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of gl96's operations, players may also refer the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the relevant regulatory authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gl96 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gl96 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gl96 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
